At Candid Report, every order is handled with care and diligent. We strive to provide secure and quick delivery to you, to ensure maximum enjoyment in your Candid Report experience.

FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING PROCESS

To strive for better delivery speed, our warehouse team works 24/7 to process your order quickly and diligently. Depending on our team's workload, kindly note that we require 1 to 3 business days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible!

Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 10 to 15 business days. Kindly consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable. All our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

A confirmation email will be sent to you, containing a tracking number and a tracking link, so that you can follow the journey of your parcel. You can visit our Tracking Page to track the status of your parcel. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the shipping carrier to update your parcel's tracking status.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at contact@candidreport.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

RETURNS

By placing an order on Candid Report, you are responsible for the cost of shipping back to our warehouse in the event of a return. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Candid Report is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to the respective shipping carrier along with your tracking information. If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our support team at contact@candidreport.com.

Candid Report will only provide a one-time replacement under such circumstances if you have selected the Insured & Secured Shipping option.
