DAMAGED ITEM OR INCORRECT ITEM
In an unlikely event where you have received either damaged or incorrect item, reach out to our Customer Happiness Team via email at email@example.com within 7 calendar days of delivery, and we will proceed to send a replacement to you.
In the event of an unsatisfied purchase, you may return the item back to us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Simply contact our Customer Happiness Team at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the return process.
The returned item has to be in its original, unused, and unopened condition. Items that fall under these categories are not eligible for return:
- Food related or other Consumables
- Cosmetic or Personal Care
We'd like to urge you to be diligent when placing your order, to select the correct colours and variants during the process, just to avoid unnecessary returns or exchanges upon delivery.
Once the returned item has reached our warehouse and passed inspection, we will immediately proceed to refund the order value back to you.
We do not provide replacements for any orders that fall under the criteria below:
- Incorrect shipping address or destination
- Rejected or refused parcel
- Abandoned parcel
- Parcel returned outside of the designated return process
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- We do not provide return labels for return shipping.
- All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.
- Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
- Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by Candid Report cannot be exchanged or refunded.
To strive for better delivery speed, our team works 24/7 to process your order quickly and diligently. For that reason, we can only allow cancellation if the parcel has not been processed and dispatched by our warehouse team.
Therefore we strongly encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible, via email at email@example.com, in an event of cancellation just to avoid the disappointment.
